This was a very emotional book to read. Not in a bad way. In a way we are shown the Light of Love is so powerful it knows no bounds of what it can do. It sees through every darkness and will carry you back into the Light. Pure true love is such a rare gift but we get to see it time and again in this book. I made me cry, angry, sad and laugh. It showed me love so powerful even Lucifer himself could not tear it apart. One of my favorite lines in the book is said by Perry to Cade. “You are my legacy. You are everything.”Elaine White is one of the best authors I have ever read. She will take you on a journey you had no idea you were going to go on. Her writing is to perfection and her story telling is from the heart. Her characters become people to you. You hurt for them and you are happy for them and when the book is done you don't want it to be.
This is a must read and make sure to read them in order. I don't want to put anymore then this because this is one series no spoilers should be spilled about because the series is amazing.

They say where there is dark, there is also light although it's sometimes hard to see. There is so much darkness in the world anymore that is a constant battle to find the hope, find the light.
If only we could be given a sign such as they have.
This beautiful, heartbreaking, emotionally charged story had me bawling like a baby, and showed me that true love is willing to sacrifice everything, and its light is strong enough to pierce the deepest darkness.
After the first book in didn't think it could get any better.
“The legacy I leave in the world is you. You were the lasting impression that I left, every time one of my incarnations died. Every time we parted, you worked twice as hard to bring us back together again and that – that, Cade – is more important to the world than any musical or artistic mark I could leave.” He kissed Cade's chin and whispered, “You are my legacy. You are everything.”
